Officially known as the Games of the XXXII Olympiad, the 2020 Summer Olympics will now take place in summer 2021. Despite this, however, the Games will keep the name Tokyo 2020 for marketing and branding purposes. This will be the second time Tokyo has hosted the Games, having hosted them in 1964.
